Most recent: Top 10 tax proposals in the 2021 Tax Plan What proposals and changes in the area of taxation did Dutch Minister of Finance Wopke Hoekstra pull from his briefcase on the third Tuesday of September? The measures set out in the 2021 Tax Plan have been influenced greatly by the coronavirus crisis. A brief explanation of the ten most important proposals and changes is provided below. 1. Introduction of transfer-tax exemption for first-time buyers. To make it easier for first-time buyers to access the housing market, an exemption from transfer tax will be introduced from 1 January 2021. This exemption will apply to buyers aged between 18 and 35 who are purchasing their own home. If the buyer has already benefited from the transfer-tax exemption or is 35 years of age or older, the current rate of 2% will apply to the purchase. Reanda Netherlands Back to Work event 6-8 September 2020

Most recent: Reanda Netherlands Back to Work event 6-8 September 2020 On 6-8 September Reanda Netherlands organized her first Back to Work event in the Apollo Hotel in IJmuiden, the Netherlands. Combining socializing with training sessions, the event was welcomed by all employees, understanding how difficult it is to work from home most of the time without social interaction. On Sunday, the team started with ‘blowcarting’, a spectacular way to sail on the beach. Under the eyes of the experienced instructors of PBN Nova Zembla all were soon steering their carts of the extensive IJmuiden beach as they are doing this on a regular basis. In the evening, we had a tasteful BBQ at the Beach house of Nova Zembla. On Monday we started with a session on the strategy of Reanda Netherlands by our managing partner Gerard Uijtendaal AA. Afterwards, Paul Bax RA, compliance officer at Flynth then took over to discuss the current tendency to change ISA 600 group audits towards a risk based approach, and presented a very interesting case on an international group audit. Most recent: Reanda International: #21 amongst international accounting networks in 2020 Reanda International is ranked number 21 amongst international accounting networks in 2020 with 5% growth of aggregate fee income According to the International Accounting Bulletin (IAB) 2020 World Survey, Reanda International has risen three places since last year and become the 21st largest global accounting network, as measured by global fee income. Currently, Reanda International is represented by 41 network firms with more than 147 offices, 250 partners and 4,500 staff, and a global aggregate fee income of USD233.2 million. Based on the aggregated fee income in 2019, Reanda International excelled with a growth rate of 5% while the number of professionals was increased by 13% with an addition of 530 personnel by the end of 2019, supported by the sustained organic growth of the existing network firms, acquisitions from our network firms as well as the admission of 6 new network firms in Bangladesh, Angola, Cape Verde, Sao Tome and Principe, Brazil and Ukraine. Quantity of Chinese companies in the Netherlands doubled

Most recent: Quantity of Chinese companies in the Netherlands doubled According to the Netherlands Bureau of Statistics, the quantity of Chinese companies in the Netherlands has almost doubled, from 245 end 2012 to 470 end of 2018. The contribution of Chinese companies to the Netherlands economy is this period almost quadrupled to 1 billion euro. This relates to companies in the Netherlands of which the majority of the shares in in Chinese hands. The added value of these companies has increase from 290 million euro in 2012 to 1.079 million in 2017. The amount of employees at companies in Chinese hands increased equally, from 3 thousand to 11 thousand. The amounts spend on research and development grew consistently: from 9 million (20212) to 31 million euro (2017). Since 2015, the contribution of Chinese companies to the Netherlands economy has grown much stronger than the quantity of Chinese companies, due to several very large acquisitions.
